Smoking Cessation

One-on-one visit with a nurse trained and certified in smoking cessation to support the patient in their Quit attempt.  Monthly follow-up by the nurse and ongoing support as needed, including free Nicotine Replacement Therapy for those who qualify.  You are able to self-refer.  Call or email the office and ask to book your appointment with the Nurse Smoking Counsellor.
