Coping Skills for Anxiety & Depression – Part 2

This virtual 4-week program uses concepts from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy to help you label and regulate emotions connected to anxiety and depression, tolerate distress, and engage in meaningful action. Information in this series complements knowledge gained in Part 1, but participation in Part 1 is not mandatory in order to benefit from Part 2.
For Who?
Individuals over age 18 who struggle with low mood, lack of motivation, or feelings of worry.
Session Details
Feb. 12: Understanding & naming emotions
Feb. 26: Tolerating distress
Mar. 4: Regulating emotions
Mar. 11: Acting & communicating effectively
*Note: no class will be running on Feb. 19th for Family Day.
You will benefit from attending all sessions, however, you may attend as many or few as you wish.
You only need to register once to attend all sessions in Part 2.
