One-on-one visits with nurses trained and certified in the management of Hypertension.  If you have a diagnosis of Hypertension or are worried about increased blood pressure, please speak to your Doctor at your next visit for your Doctor to refer you to the program.  You can then book your appointment with the Hypertension Nurse by speaking to the reception staff.  The nurse will support, educate and help you to manage your blood pressure.
